Can I return a perfume if I don’t like the smell?
Generally, no.
Because perfumes are personal-use products, we do not normally accept returns because a customer does not like the fragrance or changes their mind after opening or using the product.

What if I receive a damaged bottle?
Contact us within 12 hours of delivery and send clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.
Our team will review the issue and guide you through the replacement or exchange process.

Keep the product unused and in its original packaging while we review your request.
Can I exchange a perfume after using it?
Generally, used or sprayed perfumes are not eligible for exchange.
